  • Canada: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

These are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed.

 

3. Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs once the order has been dispatched.


4. Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, it will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

5. Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with:

  • your local carrier
