1. Returns

We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused

  • the item must be in its original condition

  • the item must be in its original packaging

  • you must contact us within 14 days of delivery

2. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

 

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate solution.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns for:

  • used items

  • items not in original condition

  • items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling

  • personalized or custom-made items, where applicable

 

6. Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges. If you would like a different item or variation, please contact us first and we will advise you on the best option.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  • check your bank account again

  • contact your credit card company or payment provider

  • contact your bank, as processing times may vary
